A one-year-old boy who was the subject of an Amber Alert was found safe Friday morning and the child's father, Anthony James Baldwin Jr., was still being sought for questioning.

The Plano Police Department had issued an Amber Alert for one and a half year old Anthony James Baldwin. Authorities say he was taken ilegally from the Collin County Children's Advocacy Center by his father.

Anthony James Baldwin III had been in CPS custody at the Collin County Children's Advocacy Center when the elder Baldwin allegedly snatched him shortly after 7 o'clock Thursday night.

"The most important thing is that the child was not harmed and is safe," Plano police Detective Mike Johnson told reporters.

Baldwin believed to be driving a 2004 black BMW, Texas license number 979 JMM.
