Lancaster Police Department, Lancaster ISD Police Department and Dallas Police Department launched an Amber Alert in connection with an Aggravated Kidnapping case that has unfolded over the past few days. Law enforcement authorities now report 14-year old Joshua Henry, the kidnapping victim, has been found dead.

Police also say that the suspect Brian Montez Booker and the his wife, Yoland Booker also described by police as a kidnapping victim, were found in Colorado at a relative's house. Brian Booker is currently in custody.
  
Yolanda Booker was abducted from her job shortly before noon on 09-27-05 by Brian Booker (her husband).  Suspect then drove to Lancaster Jr. High and checked Joshua Henry out of school at approximately 12:04 p.m.  Sometime later in the day, Brian Booker contacted his brother by phone in Lufkin and told him that he was going to kill both victims. Yolanda Booker has made phone calls to a coworker, but stated that she could not tell her where she was.  According to everyone the police had found to talk to, the husband and wife did not have cell phones.  Joshua had a cell phone but it was left at home and is accounted for.
