Jessica Rose Hart has been found and returned to her family reportedly unharmed.

Smith County Sheriffs Lt. Larry Wiggington says Jessica Hart ran away from home in January. She had been frequenting the Ponderosa Pines trailer court in Tyler. A friend of hers reported she had been beaten and might even be dead. Deputies think she might be traveling with 28 year old Wayland Atkins, (who also goes by the name Dennis Lynch) and 36 year old Bonita Rodriguez. He's a black man, 6 foot 1, 220 pounds.
