The Amber Alert for Shauna Leigh Owens has been cancelled. The girl and her boyfriend were found in Arkansas.

The Plano Police Department has issued an Amber Alert for 17 year old Shauna Leigh Owens who officers believe was abducted late Monday (2/14/2005) night by a former boyfriend.  Shauna Leigh Owens is described as a white female, about 5 feet tall.   She weighs between 90 and 100 pounds, and she has red, shoulder length hair.  When last seen she was wearing a blue tank top, a white button down shirt with red stripes, and blue jeans.

She was last seen in the company of a former boyfriend, 19 year old James Vernon McCann.  He is described only as a white male.  According to Plano Police he has made threats against Shauna Leigh Owens, and may be armed.  They are believed to be in Miss Owens' car, a black 1998 Chevrolet Cavalier with Texas license number R86 HRP.  Police believe he may be trying to leave the Dallas - Fort Worth area.
